It worked out because they were tough enough to handle the abuse in my purse. I'm pretty sure people were jealous of my cookie blondie cupcake thing because i was getting lots of coveting stares! Success.

Blondie Cupcakes
I made these 'Blondie' 'cupcakes' a while ago. They weren't really cupcakes because they were more like soft cookies in a cupcake wrapper. I kinda liked that they had more of a cookie texture than a cake-y/brownie like texture to them because they were perfect for putting in a ziploc bag and then throwing into my giant purse for indulging on later during my frantic walk around the mall when i was looking for nothing in particular.
